Mysterious writer Mehis Heinsaar embarks on a journey. Those meandering moments when he finds his way through thick woods towards the open glades, he calls “poor man’s pilgrimage”. The writer is surrounded by unusual and profound nature, he can speak in the language of animals and birds, and see what is unseen to the common eye. The wanderer has seven encounters that introduce the viewer to the wondrous inner universe of Mehis Heinsaar.
